Tolima

A harmony of slopes and terraces facilitates the harvest and the post-harvest process on the farms. The coffee plants prosper under a semi-shade provided by big trees and plantains. These ideal growing conditions supported by a fresh breeze maintain a good equilibrium of the crop.

Antioquia

In Antioquia, coffee is generally cultivated in a sophisticated and technical manner. The inclination of the surrounding mountains makes it a unique place where coffee trees seek semi-shade under plantain plants.
